Casual Physiotherapist - Transition Care Service

About the role

Amplar Health Home Hospital is seeking a casual Physiotherapist for its Transition Care Service, working across the TCS locations in Walkerville and the Pullman Hotel in Adelaide CBD. Shifts are available on a casual basis between Monday and Saturday, from 8:00am to 4:00pm. You will work within a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based physiotherapy to help patients achieve their functional goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored physiotherapy assessments and interventions
• Work with a diverse caseload of patients
• Collaborate with members of a diverse team
• Support discharge planning and community reintegration
• Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives

Required profile

• At least one year of experience as a Physiotherapist
• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Preferred: experience in sub-acute, rehabilitation or acute care settings
• Commitment to person-centred care
• Willingness to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations if successful

Required skills

• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or willingness and eligibility to obtain)
