Casual Manual Van Driver - Redfern

About the role

The Fresh Collective, a Sydney hospitality company serving events from corporate lunches to weddings and functions for up to 6,000 guests, is looking for a reliable, fit and self-motivated driver to join its growing Logistics Team. The role provides logistical support for events across Sydney, with 30 hours per week of flexible shifts including rotating shifts across seven days.

Key responsibilities

• Pack and load glassware, containers, linen, food and kitchen equipment carefully.
• Drive a courier van and 3T Pantech truck to various locations across Sydney for event deliveries and pickups.
• Work with the logistics team on bump-ins and bump-outs for large events.
• Make sure items are delivered safely and on time and returned to the right places.

Required profile

• A full manual driver's licence valid in Australia.
• Previous courier or driver experience and a good knowledge of Sydney's CBD and surrounding areas, including loading dock locations.
• Hard-working, reliable attitude, teamwork and a customer-first approach.
• Availability Monday to Saturday, with rotating shifts.
