About the role

Join the Oaks Brisbane on Margaret Suites team as a Guest Service Agent, delivering warm, professional service to every guest. This casual position offers an immediate start and a dynamic, rotating roster across all days of the week.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a friendly welcome and efficient check‑in experience for arriving guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests via in‑person, phone, and email communication.
• Process reservations, updates, and special requests accurately using the property management system.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the stay, offering assistance, resolving issues, and giving personalised local recommendations.
• Maintain clear and courteous communication with colleagues and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a hotel, hospitality, or customer‑facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Professional appearance and demeanor that reflects brand values.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management systems (PMS).

• Competitive hourly rates: $34.96 (Mon‑Fri), $41.96 (Sat), $48.95 (Sun) – rates exclude superannuation.
