Casual Customer Sales & Service - Repco Booval

About the role

Repco is looking for enthusiastic casual team members to join its Western Brisbane and Ipswich store network, including Booval, Sumner Park, Richlands, Goodna and West Ipswich. As a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service) you will provide after-market auto products in a retail and trade environment, helping each customer have a great shopping experience in person, by phone and online.

Key responsibilities

• Keep a safety focus for yourself, your teammates and customers
• Provide genuine service and create positive moments with customers
• Use strong customer service to support positive sales performance
• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
• Process stock: receive, dispatch and store goods
• Be an enthusiastic, cooperative and collaborative team member

The role involves lifting, bending and climbing. People without industry knowledge are welcome to apply.
