Casual Cook - Emu Hotel

About the role

The Emu Hotel, owned and operated by ALH (part of Endeavour Group), is looking for an enthusiastic Cook to join its kitchen team. You will help prepare high-quality dishes that delight guests, working in a fast-paced, bistro-style kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Complete food preparation and cleaning according to ALH standards
• Contribute to a culture of responsibility centred on safety and procedural compliance
• Work with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes
• Handle stock, kegs and deliveries, including manual lifting

Required profile

• Experience working in a team in a fast-paced, bistro-style kitchen
• Passion for the guest experience and for delivering high-quality dishes
• Great organisation and communication skills
• Able to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently, such as lifting and moving stock
