Casual Clinical Pharmacist – Grade 1 or 2

About the role

We are seeking motivated pharmacists to join our casual workforce on the Ballarat campus. As a Casual Clinical Pharmacist you will deliver high‑quality, unit‑based clinical pharmacy services on a flexible, casual basis within a supportive, team‑driven environment. The role offers opportunities to gain credentialing for Partnered Pharmacist Medication Charting (PPMC) and to participate in advanced scope‑of‑practice programs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services including assessment, intervention, advocacy and consultation.
• Promote and support effective patient flow across the unit.
• Mentor and supervise learners at all levels – pharmacy students, interns, residents and other health staff.
• Contribute actively to pharmacy and multidisciplinary team education programmes and meetings.

Required profile

• Current or eligible general registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
• Prior clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
