Casual Certificate III Educator – Early Learning Centres

About the role

We are looking for passionate Certificate III qualified educators to join our Early Learning Centres across Belconnen, Gungahlin, Holt, Holder and Jamison on a casual basis. You will work in Reggio Emilia‑inspired environments, delivering play‑based learning that supports children’s curiosity, creativity and sense of belonging.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging, play‑based experiences that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
• Build trusting partnerships with families and the wider community to support each child’s learning journey.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and uphold child‑safety policies at all times.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and contribute to a values‑driven, inclusive team culture.

Required profile

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (mandatory).
• Availability between 7:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Solid experience in the early childhood sector.
• Strong communication skills and sound knowledge of EYLF & NQF.
• Current Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) card and Child Safeguarding training.

Required skills

• Certificate III – Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQF foundations.
• Child safety training and WWVP certification.
