Casual Butter Packing & Processing Staff

About the role

Join Pepe Saya Butter Co as a casual staff member in our butter packing and processing line. You will work within the operational hours of 7 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts, to help meet daily production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Pack, format, and box butter and other dairy products according to the production schedule.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain FIFO inventory control, store finished goods, and conduct regular stock‑takes.
• Operate walk‑around or pallet‑jack equipment (training provided).
• Keep the work area clean, hygienic, and organized.
• Provide basic customer service for on‑site visitors.

Required profile

• Reliable and able to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to commute to Caringbah, NSW.

Required skills

• Operation of walker or pallet‑jack equipment.
