Caretaker

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated caretaker to join G’day Group’s team of holiday parks across Australia. The role involves maintaining the appearance, safety and functionality of park facilities while delivering a high‑standard guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and front‑office administration.
• Maintain gardens, lawns and park grounds to brand standards.
• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on park assets, including pool areas.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and brand guidelines.
• Perform daily operational tasks, including after‑hours on‑call coverage.

Required profile

• Previous experience in grounds keeping or property maintenance.
• Strong time‑management and communication abilities.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude with flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and evenings.
• Current driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Operation of grounds‑keeping equipment.
• Pool maintenance (advantageous).
• Basic computer skills for administrative tasks.
