Care Partner – Part‑time (Kirrawee)

About the role

As a Care Partner at Anglicare Sydney’s Donald Robinson Village in Kirrawee, you will play a pivotal role in supporting prospective residents, their families and advocates throughout the care journey. This part‑time position offers the chance to make a daily impact on the lives of seniors while working within a values‑driven, compassionate team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and develop personalised care plans.
• Guide smooth transitions from initial enquiry to care commencement.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, families and external stakeholders.
• Review and adjust care plans to ensure ongoing alignment with client needs.
• Advocate for clients to maximise support and funding opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems.

Required profile

• Empathetic, commercially aware and confident in relationship building.
• Diploma in Service Coordination, Community Services or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Experience in aged‑care, including home or community assessments.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Current driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
