Care for Customer Specialist

About the role

The Care for Customer Specialist role focuses on sales, relationship building and business growth within ANZ's Business & Private Bank. You will conduct in‑depth reviews of customers' banking needs, open business accounts and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of business customers to identify opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
• Open new and existing business accounts and manage transactional needs.
• Action leads and customer requests promptly, ensuring high‑quality onboarding and regular check‑ins.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and educate customers on ANZ’s digital and business solutions.

Required profile

• Passion for helping business owners succeed and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing high‑performing sales or service teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving financial targets.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
