Care Coordinator / Nurse – Part‑time (28 hrs/week)

About the role

Sargood on Collaroy is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator/Nurse to join its specialist resort for people living with spinal cord injury. This permanent part‑time position (28 hours per week) involves clinical nursing, guest support, and coordination of on‑site services to ensure high‑quality, seamless care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical nursing care including assessment, wound, bowel and catheter management for guests with spinal cord injury.
• Deliver education and training to guests, families and support networks.
• Manage daily guest room setup and liaise with reception and cleaning teams.
• Rostering and allocation of support workers to meet service demands.
• Maintain professional communication with SCI service agencies and health professionals.

Required profile

• AHPRA‑registered Nurse or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse.
• Minimum two years post‑registration experience, preferably with spinal cord injury patients.
• Ability to work rostered shifts across a 7‑day week, including public holidays.
• Demonstrated people‑management or supervision experience in a diverse workforce.
