Caravan Technician

About the role

A caravan and camping specialist business, which sells, services and repairs caravans and provides customer support, is looking for a Caravan Technician in Woodridge. The role reports directly to the Workshop Manager and covers preparing, servicing, repairing and delivering caravans with attention to workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Complete caravan inspections and preparation for customer handovers
• Install caravan accessories, electrical systems and upgrades
• Perform servicing, maintenance, repairs and fault rectification
• Conduct customer handovers and demonstrate caravan systems
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams
• Follow workshop procedures, quality standards and checklists

Required profile

• Current Queensland driver's licence and reliable transport to work sites
• Mechanical, automotive, auto-electrical or 12V installation experience
• Strong fault-finding, troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, customer service and teamwork abilities
• Good time management, organisation and self-motivation

What we offer

• Salary of $65,000 - $75,000 plus superannuation, negotiable based on experience
