About the role
Monadelphous is recruiting experienced Offshore Mechanical Pump Technicians for its offshore Energy team on an ongoing scope of work starting in October or December 2026. The position suits someone with a high level of offshore mechanical experience. When the painters are not on the pumps, the technician assists them with related tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the painters when they are not on the pumps
- Tape up and mask areas for encapsulation
- Prepare work fronts
- Touch up painting and use a spray gun
Required profile
- BOSIET/FOET with CA-EBS
- MSIC or a Job Ready MSIC
- Australian Trade Certificate – Heavy Diesel
- Flange Management and Gyrolok
- High pressure water jetting
- Oil and gas experience
- Proof of right to work in Australia
- Painting and blasting experience is highly desired
