Dutton Automotive is seeking a dynamic Car Sales Manager to join its Dutton One retail site in Brookvale, NSW. You will work with an exceptional inventory and be part of one of Australia’s fastest‑growing automotive dealer groups.

Key responsibilities

• Follow a structured sales process and deliver service that exceeds customer expectations.
• Drive aggressive sales targets through new client canvassing and expanding existing client portfolios.
• Maintain strong conversion rates and meet or surpass sales quotas.
• Handle customer concerns while upholding business policies.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers.

Required profile

• Proven sales leadership experience in general, second‑hand or prestige automotive sales.
• Broad product knowledge across the used‑car sector.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and committed to total customer satisfaction.
• Professional presentation and a current valid driver’s licence.
