About the role

Join our Brisbane team as a Candidate Manager, focusing on developing and maintaining networks with job seekers. You will work closely with experienced consultants to match the right people to the right positions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with active job seekers and cultivate relationships with passive candidates.
• Conduct face‑to‑face or video interviews, take references, and post job adverts.
• Generate market leads and attend job pick‑up meetings with client‑facing colleagues.
• Provide expert, consultative advice to candidates throughout their job search.

Required profile

• Team player with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Background in recruitment, sales, customer service, finance or accounting.
• Ethical, honest, and trustworthy in all interactions.
• Ambitious and motivated to grow personally and contribute to group success.
