Campaign Producer & Stylist

About the role

Join the creative engine room of one of Australia’s most iconic activewear brands. As a Campaign Producer & Stylist you will own the end‑to‑end production of every shoot across multiple brands, blending production management with hands‑on styling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage shoot schedules and campaign timelines for brochure, print, eCommerce and brand assets.
• Source, negotiate and book talent, creatives, locations and props.
• Run shoot days from start to finish, handling run sheets, time checks and serving as the primary point of contact for talent and stakeholders.
• Oversee eCommerce and campaign styling, from look preparation to on‑set execution.
• Manage the full sample lifecycle, including call‑in, tracking, preparation and return.
• Maintain briefs, call sheets, shot lists and styling trackers as the single source of truth.
• Track, reconcile and negotiate budgets to protect quality and control spend.

Required profile

• Strong experience in campaign or content production, preferably within fashion, activewear or retail.
• Demonstrated styling experience on set and for eCommerce, with a solid understanding of garment preparation and fit.
• Proven ability to book talent, creatives, locations and props and to run a shoot day from call‑time to wrap.
• Confident budget management, including tracking, reconciling and negotiating.
• Calm, decisive and solutions‑focused under shoot‑day pressure, with flexibility for location shoots and occasional long days.
