Cake Decorator – Full-time

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Cake Decorator to join our kitchen team at DQ Grill & Chill. You will be responsible for creating high‑quality baked goods and decorative cakes that meet our customers' expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare dough, batters and icings according to standard recipes or custom customer orders.
• Bake pies, breads, rolls, muffins, cookies and cakes to consistent quality standards.
• Frost and decorate cakes and other baked items, ensuring visual appeal and taste.
• Supervise and train baking personnel and kitchen staff on proper techniques and safety.
• Monitor product quality and maintain hygiene standards throughout the production process.

Required profile

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in food preparation.
• Reliability and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights and weekends.
