Cabinet Service Technician

About the role

The Maker Designer Kitchens division of the ABN Group, Australia's leading construction company, is looking for a skilled Service Technician in Perth. The role provides aftercare and minor maintenance repairs to installed kitchen products, and suits a cabinet maker or similar trade professional who enjoys problem-solving and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs and adjustments on installed kitchens and other areas of the home
• Deliver customer service with a solution-first approach
• Use mobile apps and digital tools to report service outcomes and communicate with internal teams
• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment in line with WHS standards

Required profile

• Cabinet making or similar trade background; minimum 3 years' experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Valid Australian driver's licence and White Card
