Cabin Crew Training Supervisor

About the role

Airnorth is looking for an experienced Cabin Crew Training Supervisor to join its Flight Operations Training & Checking team in Darwin. You will lead the development, delivery and maintenance of safety and service training programmes, shaping the culture and performance of the cabin crew across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver recurrent and non‑recurrent cabin crew training programmes.
• Develop and maintain training materials, manuals and courseware.
• Lead and support cabin crew trainers and check crew.
• Maintain training records, systems and compliance documentation.
• Conduct quality‑assurance activities to ensure training standards.
• Support recruitment, performance management and employee development.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and ongoing support to cabin crew staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, service delivery and operational performance.
• Promote Airnorth’s safety culture and Target Zero commitment.

Required profile

• Previous experience as cabin crew, in‑flight trainer, checker or similar aviation training role.
• Experience in airline operations and customer‑service environments.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain ASIC, RSA, First Aid, Passport and CASA Emergency Procedures Trainer and Assessor approvals.
