Business Sales Consultant – Appointment Setter

About the role

We are seeking an engaging and driven Business Sales Consultant to join our Marketing team as an Appointment Setter. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will make strategic outbound calls to qualified prospects across Australia, securing high‑quality meetings for our sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualified B2B prospects to schedule sales meetings.
• Conduct targeted market research to uncover new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in our CRM (Pipedrive).
• Complete follow‑up tasks, including reporting on call activity, appointments set, and outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven cold‑calling experience in a B2B environment.
• Confident phone manner with a strong drive to meet KPIs.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex information and explain it clearly.

Required skills

• Pipedrive (or similar CRM) experience.
