Business Development Representative

About the role

As a Business Development Representative at Noumi, you will drive growth for the MILKLAB brand by identifying and securing high‑value opportunities across café groups, large venues and strategic accounts. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation to rollout, building strong relationships with café owners, operators, distributors and coffee roasters.

Key responsibilities

• Win new business across key account groups, large café venues and strategic customers.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of commercial opportunities.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, commercial agreements and contract renewals.
• Build strategic partnerships with coffee roasters and distributors to drive joint growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand MILKLAB’s presence in metro and regional markets.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and long‑term success.

Required profile

• Confident relationship builder with a genuine passion for coffee.
• Proven experience in business development, field sales or account management within FMCG, foodservice or the coffee industry.
• Strong commercial and negotiation abilities with a track record of winning new business.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and make commercially sound decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High resilience, initiative and self‑management of territory.
