About the role

A fully remote, full-time Business Development Manager is sought to expand commercial opportunities across the trading card and collectibles sector. The role suits people with a background in sales, account management, partnerships or commercial operations. Only applicants who currently live in Australia are eligible.

Key responsibilities

• Explore new business opportunities and potential partnerships
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners
• Identify market trends and emerging opportunities within the TCG sector
• Support digital marketplace expansion and brand visibility
• Develop initiatives to improve customer engagement and business performance
• Work with internal teams to achieve growth objectives

Required profile

• Experience in business development, sales or relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commercial awareness and organisational abilities
• Confidence working independently in a remote environment
• Results-driven mindset and willingness to learn; no previous TCG experience required
