Business Development Manager

About the role

Join Martian Logic’s fast‑growing sales team as a Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth of our all‑in‑one HRIS platform across the Australian market, building lasting relationships with mid‑market and enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle in the ANZ mid‑market and enterprise segments.
• Build and qualify a high‑quality pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and targeted campaigns.
• Conduct discovery calls, deliver product demonstrations, overcome objections and negotiate contracts.
• Close new business and achieve quarterly revenue targets.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams to align on market feedback.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or HR technology.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Resilient, ambitious and able to thrive in a high‑velocity environment.
