Business Development Manager

About the role

Celebrity Cruises is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand high‑value trade partnerships across Australian states (excluding NSW). Reporting to the Head of National Accounts, you will be responsible for strengthening the brand’s presence and achieving sales targets within your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage accounts, developing high‑value retail stores and partners to meet sales objectives.
• Implement a targeted call cycle (face‑to‑face and remote) prioritising top‑performing and growth accounts.
• Monitor and report competitor activity, marketing, pricing, consumer and trade trends.
• Record all activities and trade‑partner contacts in Salesforce and follow up on agreed actions.
• Support intensification projects and specific sales campaigns as part of a team.
• Deliver a structured training programme covering product knowledge, automation and terms and conditions.
• Achieve revenue, passenger and APD targets set for the region.
• Plan and host client educational trips, ship visits, inspections and conferences, measuring post‑event sales performance.
• Organise and host consumer and trade cruise events and product demonstrations.

Required profile

• Reports directly to the Head of National Accounts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce for activity tracking and reporting.
