Business Development Manager - HVAC (Victoria)

About the role

Fisher & Paykel, part of the Haier Group, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to build and accelerate its growth across Victoria. The role focuses on developing the brand and driving sustained, profitable growth through strong B2B relationships with specialist dealers, resellers and builders, with a primary focus on HVAC and opportunities to support Hot Water and Battery sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Victoria market
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key business partners
• Drive product specification and sales through solution-based selling
• Identify new market opportunities and convert them into revenue
• Represent a global brand with professionalism, integrity and credibility

Required profile

• Proven business development or sales experience in a B2B environment
• Results-driven sales professional who builds trust and communicates confidently
• Ability to articulate a differentiated value proposition and think commercially
• Strategic discipline in engaging the right stakeholders with the right information
• Experience in the building and construction industry is highly regarded but not essential
