About the role

We are seeking a motivated Management Trainee to join our Business Development team within the IT software solutions industry. Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation and execution of sales strategies, including lead generation and account management.
• Assist in developing business development plans in collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and networking events to build relationships with partners, investors, and suppliers.
• Conduct market research, identify new opportunities, and perform SWOT analyses.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and business development metrics for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or IT from a recognized institution.
• Fresh graduate – no prior experience required.
