Business Development Executive – Toowoomba

About the role

As a Business Development Executive you will drive visibility and availability of our products across the Toowoomba region, delivering great customer experiences. You will travel daily within the territory, with regular trips to Warwick and Stanthorpe, building relationships and uncovering new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with existing customers.
• Monitor competitor activity and customer trends to provide market insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure product availability and promotional success.
• Deliver regular reporting on sales performance, opportunities, and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Valid Australian driver’s licence with willingness to travel throughout the territory.
• Strong communicator able to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Organised, strategic and confident in planning and prioritising work.
• Problem‑solver who turns challenges into opportunities.
• Resilient, energetic and able to thrive through change.
• FMCG, retail or convenience experience is an advantage (not essential).
