Business Development Executive

About the role

Linde Material Handling, part of the global KION Group, is looking for a Business Development Executive to join its Sales Team in Sydney or Melbourne. You will generate new business, reactivate dormant accounts and expand the company's presence with key customers, working closely with Senior Business Development Managers and Territory Managers to build strong relationships with decision-makers, develop a robust sales pipeline and grow market share across NSW and VIC.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and grow key accounts across NSW and VIC
• Build strong customer relationships and identify key decision-makers
• Support sales growth in partnership with Business Development and Territory Managers
• Develop customer-focused proposals and solutions
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting
• Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Business, Administration or Management (desirable)
• Ability to travel interstate as required

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
