Business Development Executive – Asian Market

About the role

As a Business Development Executive focused on the Asian market, you will drive Unispace’s growth by identifying and engaging new clients across the region. You will open doors to fresh relationships, initiate conversations, and generate opportunities that lead to innovative workplace solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage prospective clients and qualify new business opportunities.
• Lead outreach initiatives, including cold calling and email campaigns, to present Unispace’s value proposition and secure meetings for senior sales leaders.
• Build and maintain a high‑quality sales pipeline, nurturing initial interest into long‑term relationships.
• Research and analyse target markets to uncover trends, key decision‑makers, and client needs.
• Partner with senior team members to develop and refine engagement strategies for priority sectors and accounts.
• Provide accurate tracking and reporting of leads, appointments, and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with regional and global colleagues to share insights and drive growth across markets.
