About the role

Real Estate Dynamics, Australia's leading rent roll brokerage firm, is recruiting a Business Broker for Tasmania and Victoria. The role suits someone outgoing, friendly and driven by targets, with a background in owning or leading a real estate agency or rent roll business. It is based in Brisbane for the first week, with start date in January 2024.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and build rapport with potential sellers, helping them through the selling process
• Create presentation opportunities for both buyers and sellers
• Turn buyer and seller leads into clients and customers
• Build relationships with buyers and guide them through the sales process

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership or management in a real estate agency or rent roll business
• Current Real Estate Agent licence in Tasmania before starting; willingness to complete registration requirements in Victoria or South Australia after the 12-week program and to maintain the licence or registration
• Personal values of care, reliability, integrity and continual improvement
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, punctual and dependable
• Tasmania-based preferred but not required

What we offer

• 12-week paid onboarding program ($15,000) followed by a base salary of $75,000 (including super) plus uncapped commissions, with on-target earnings exceeding $250,000
• Monday to Friday flexible role, working from home or wherever you like
