About the role

As a Health Business Banking Manager at ANZ, you will manage and grow a portfolio of SME customers in the healthcare sector. You will deliver tailored banking solutions, ensuring high‑quality service across multiple channels and supporting clients to achieve their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high‑volume inbound calls and conduct outbound outreach based on structured leads.
• Provide proactive, high‑quality service to a diverse range of healthcare SME clients.
• Retain and grow existing customer relationships by understanding their ambitions and offering appropriate banking solutions.
• Maintain disciplined portfolio management, risk awareness, and regular customer engagement.
• Contribute to team culture through collaboration and rapid solutioning.
• Meet performance targets across the balanced scorecard.

Required profile

• Experience managing SME banking relationships, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong customer‑focused mindset with the ability to deliver consistent, reliable support.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment handling both inbound and outbound communications.
• Demonstrated risk awareness and disciplined approach to portfolio management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using digital banking platforms and CRM tools.
• Effective communication across phone, video, email and digital channels.
