Business Analyst – Payments Product

About the role

Cuscal is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Issuing Product Domain on a 12‑month maximum term contract. You will help shape the vision and strategy for payments and digital product solutions, turning ideas into valuable outcomes for clients and end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between business and technology, eliciting and translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Own and support backlog refinement and prioritisation together with the Product Owner.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to align requirements with business objectives, resolve conflicts and ensure transparent communication.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver solutions that meet regulatory and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering impactful products.
• Strong analytical, prioritisation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
