Business Analyst – Health Insurance and Claims

About the role

Infosys Consulting is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in health insurance and claims transformation. The role will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to turn complex requirements into actionable solutions within Agile frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements across claims, policy servicing, and customer journeys.
• Translate needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with programme objectives.
• Support end‑to‑end requirements management through discovery, delivery, testing, and implementation phases.
• Drive claims transformation initiatives, including process re‑engineering, digitisation, and system modernisation.
• Participate in Scrum or SAFe ceremonies, partnering with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to prioritise work.
• Engage with insurance and health insurance stakeholders to understand pain points and future‑state needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and governance standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in insurance or health‑insurance environments.
• Hands‑on experience with claims transformation programs.
• Demonstrated Agile BA experience in Scrum or SAFe delivery models.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
