Builder & Strategic Partnership Manager

About the role

The Builder & Strategic Partnerships Manager will lead a small team to grow ITW's Pryda brand across Australia’s residential construction market, forging strategic relationships with major builders and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow strategic relationships with major residential builders, developers and industry stakeholders.
• Create and execute account plans that increase specification and adoption of Pryda solutions.
• Engage senior decision‑makers across construction, procurement, design, estimating and operations functions.
• Partner with Pryda’s fabrication network to identify and convert commercial opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence on industry trends, alternative construction methods, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering and channel partners to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and business growth.

Required profile

• 10+ years’ experience in business development, strategic partnerships, key account management or a related commercial role.
• Proven success influencing senior stakeholders within the construction, building products or residential housing sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and translate insights into business outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience building and managing high‑value customer relationships and leadership ability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or a related discipline is desirable; existing builder relationships across the East Coast are highly regarded.
