Brewery Technician

About the role

As a Brewery Technician at Asahi Beverages’ Yatala facility, you will ensure the smooth operation of production equipment to deliver high‑quality beverages. The role involves hands‑on work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting both day and night shifts on a rotating 12‑hour roster.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain brewery production machinery.
• Conduct quality‑assurance checks to guarantee product consistency.
• Pick and prepare raw materials and packaging for each production run.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and promptly escalate any issues.
• Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects to enhance efficiency.

Required profile

• Proactive problem‑solver who can work independently and take ownership.
• Experience in a fast‑paced industrial or manufacturing setting (FMCG or beverage experience preferred).
• Strong time‑management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues under pressure.
• Forklift licence is beneficial but not mandatory.
