About the role
Moët Hennessy is seeking a Brand Manager for the Hennessy portfolio on a 12‑month contract to drive marketing mix execution, brand momentum and sustainable growth across the Australian market. The role reports to the Marketing Manager and works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the full marketing mix to meet volume, revenue, market share and profitability targets while protecting brand image.
- Prepare and execute brand plans, promotional activities and trade activation in collaboration with Customer and Trade Marketing teams.
- Monitor and assess campaign effectiveness against KPIs, manage POSM and promo pack delivery, and track A&P budget impact.
- Lead new product launch packs, pricing strategy and provide product information to sales and CSC teams.
- Partner with the Maison team to drive innovation, product development and launch plans for the Australian market.
