Brand Designer (Marketing)

About the role

Mumbrella is looking for a highly organised and creatively driven Brand Designer to join its Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be the central creative resource responsible for delivering visual solutions that support audience growth, sponsorship revenue, event attendance and overall brand engagement across a diverse portfolio of events and publications.

Key responsibilities

• Own the visual identity and creative execution for Mumbrella’s events, products and editorial assets.
• Create go‑to‑market sales collateral that responds to market needs and provides a competitive edge.
• Maintain brand consistency across marketing, commercial, digital, editorial and event touchpoints.
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions aligned with business objectives and campaign performance.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates and design systems.
• Oversee on‑site event collateral delivery, acting as the primary proofing and quality‑control contact.
• Coordinate offshore design contributors and external suppliers to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design or creative services.
• Proven track record of leading creative projects from concept through to delivery.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand, marketing, digital and print design work.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Canva.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience managing external suppliers, freelancers or offshore creative resources.
• Strong understanding of print production and event signage requirements.
