Brand Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Brand Designer to join a globally distributed, developer‑focused organization. Based in Australia, you will translate complex technical concepts into compelling visual narratives that shape how millions of developers experience the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve visual storytelling for presentations, pitch decks, conference materials, print assets, video content, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Developer Relations, Success, Enterprise, and Events teams to create high‑impact creative executions.
• Design cohesive visual narratives across digital and physical formats, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strong brand alignment.
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines globally, overseeing assets from social media to physical swag.
• Lead end‑to‑end design execution across multiple channels, delivering high‑quality assets with meticulous attention to detail.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience as a Brand Designer or in a similar role within fast‑paced, digital‑first or tech environments.
• Proven ability to work in async, remote, or globally distributed teams.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Figma.
• Expert use of Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
