Brand & Community Manager

About the role

Terra, a fast‑growing portable skincare brand, is looking for a Brand & Community Manager to shape its social presence and build an engaged online community. Working from our South Yarra studio, you will connect content, creators and retail experiences into a consistent, premium brand story that resonates across Australia and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Terra’s social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
• Maintain a cross‑platform content calendar and coordinate with the ecommerce, design and retail experience teams.
• Manage relationships with UGC creators, influencers and external agencies.
• Plan and produce content from the Melbourne experience store and turn product launches into engaging campaigns.
• Grow and nurture an active online community, responding to comments and messages.
• Monitor social trends, track performance metrics and continuously optimise content.
• Ensure all touchpoints reflect a premium, consistent brand identity.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media, brand or content marketing.
• Proven ability to build and sustain engaged online communities.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable testing new ideas.
