Brand Ambassador, Experience (Casual)

About the role

Canada Goose is hiring a casual Brand Ambassador in its Chatswood store (Victoria Avenue, NSW). The role creates an outstanding customer experience that reflects the brand's authenticity, supports the store management team's plans and strategies, and helps deliver operational efficiency across the store.

Key responsibilities

• Store financial performance: contribute to the store's target by meeting productivity standards and achieve or exceed personal sales targets, which vary by season
• Engagement: build a positive store environment through teamwork, attend store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions, and act in line with Canada Goose's culture
• Operational excellence: follow store procedures to minimise shrink, handle POS transactions accurately, keep inventory accurate and products well organised, process inbound and outbound shipments and replenishment, and maintain the visual merchandise directives
• Help keep the physical store clean and tidy, and manage the stock room, cash wrap and sales floor so customers get a great experience
• Support the Net Promoter Score (NPS)

Required profile

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment
• Experience with affluent and luxury brands and high-volume traffic is an asset
• Ability to stand for long periods and work retail hours (standard, peak and holiday)
• Good command of English; fluent Mandarin is an advantage

Required skills

• Inventory management and point of sale systems
• Basic Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Organised, efficient in a fast-paced team environment, good communication and self-motivated
