Branch Manager – Retail Banking

About the role

ANZ is seeking a Branch Manager to lead its Geelong retail banking branch. You will be responsible for overall branch operations, driving sales, maintaining service excellence and ensuring compliance with ANZ policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing sales team to achieve quality sales activity, revenue, productivity and profit targets.
• Maintain service excellence and enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Ensure the branch complies with ANZ’s policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Drive business development and sales planning initiatives within the financial services sector.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and business management experience, preferably in retail banking.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving growth results.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
• Commitment to digital engagement and building strong customer relationships online.
