Branch Manager – Jandakot

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the Jandakot branch of a national building products supplier. Reporting to the COO, you will own all aspects of sales, customer service, warehouse operations, inventory, safety and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive branch sales, profitability and budget management.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control and health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Coach, mentor and develop a team of eight, including a Warehouse Manager.
• Identify and implement operational efficiency improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a branch, distribution centre or similar operation.
• Hands‑on leadership style with ability to work on the warehouse floor and review financial results.
• Strong commercial mindset and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and team‑building skills.
