Boutique Assistant – Full Time – Sydney Flagship

About the role

The Boutique Assistant will support Sales Associates at Van Cleef & Arpels' Sydney flagship, ensuring a seamless and memorable client journey within a high‑jewellery environment.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly welcome clients, offer refreshments and assist during sales presentations.
• Prepare, wrap and process jewellery pieces for sale, supporting the transaction flow.
• Assist with daily clienteling activities and maintain the in‑store client experience.
• Help preserve the Maison’s visual identity and support the organization of events.
• Perform operational tasks such as stock counts, safe replenishment and handling deliveries.
• Ensure strict compliance with brand policies, especially regarding product storage.
• Engage in self‑training and group sessions to continuously improve product knowledge.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer‑service experience, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Foundational knowledge of jewellery and watchmaking.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Proactive learner, detail‑oriented and maintains impeccable grooming standards.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and focused on client satisfaction.
