Boomi Lead Architect

About the role

Capgemini is looking for a Boomi Integration Architect / Development Lead within its Cloud and Custom Applications practice. You will act as the Boomi subject matter expert across enterprise transformation and migration programs, working with leading clients, driving innovation in AI-powered integration solutions and mentoring and upskilling internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design and delivery of enterprise-scale integration solutions using Boomi.
• Design and implement solutions with Boomi Integration, API Management, Data Hub, Event Streams and Agentstudio.
• Establish governance frameworks and operational models for AI Agents using Boomi Agentstudio, including guardrails, monitoring, compliance and lifecycle management.
• Drive adoption of Boomi Data Hub to create trusted enterprise data domains and golden records.
• Lead real-time and streaming integration capabilities with Boomi Event Streams.
• Advise clients on API governance, security standards and API lifecycle management.
• Support the development of AI-powered accelerators and AI harnesses around Boomi Companion.
• Mentor development teams and collaborate with stakeholders to define integration strategies and roadmaps.
• Promote DevOps best practices, platform automation and continuous delivery.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise data integration, iPaaS and event-driven integration solutions.
• 5+ years in Boomi architecture, technical leadership or lead development roles.
• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale, full-lifecycle integration programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Boomi Companion, Orchestrate and Connect.
• Deep understanding of integration patterns, architectural principles and best practices.
• Experience with DevOps and automation tools such as GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Highly desirable: Boomi Agentstudio, AI Agents and agent governance, knowledge of models such as Claude, OpenAI and Gemini, and experience building AI harnesses around Boomi Companion.
