Boilermaker / Welder – Trailer Fabrication

About the role

Pearl Recruitment is recruiting experienced Boilermakers / Welders for a well-established client that makes custom trailers for the mining, construction and agricultural industries. The work is based in Forrestfield, Monday to Friday, 8 to 12-hour days, with an immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings
• MIG and FCAW welding
• Use tools and machinery to fabricate components and assemble trailers
• Collaborate with other team members
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Required profile

• Trade certificate (required for qualified positions)
• MIG and FCAW aluminium welding experience
• Proficiency in reading fabrication drawings
• Ability to pass a medical, drug and alcohol test
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, punctual and reliable
• Forklift licence desirable

What we offer

• Qualified rate of $48.47 per hour plus superannuation and penalties; unqualified rate of $43.62 per hour plus superannuation and penalties
