Boilermaker – Fabrication & Installation for Desalination Project

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a skilled Boilermaker to join the flagship Alkimos Desalination Plant project in Western Australia. The role offers long‑term, stable employment on a high‑visibility infrastructure project with first production slated for 2028.

Key responsibilities

• Fabricate, install and repair steel structures across the site, including marine works, seawater intake systems and the desalination plant.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to guide welding and cutting activities.
• Perform high‑quality welding and cutting tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with fitters, riggers and other trades to keep the project on schedule.

Required profile

• Trade qualification in boilermaking or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Strong welding and fabrication abilities.
• Safety‑first attitude with a proven track record on large infrastructure or industrial projects.
