BIM Modeller – Revit & AutoCAD

About the role

Bouygues Construction Australia is seeking a BIM Modeller to provide drafting and modelling support for its office teams. You will work on civil infrastructure, engineering and energy projects, helping to create accurate digital representations of design elements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide CAD drafting and BIM modelling support.
• Coordinate, manage and maintain Revit models.
• Create Revit families and AutoCAD blocks.
• Obtain and execute design assignments from project managers.
• Review work for completeness, accuracy and quality using checklists.
• Track time spent on projects with detailed weekly entries.
• Handle printing, plotting and document archiving.
• Set up project base files and assemble composite design models for coordination meetings.
• Facilitate clash detection, produce reports and resolve hard and soft collisions.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution and BIM Scope Plans.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience with Autodesk Revit.
• Minimum two years of experience with AutoCAD.
• Understanding of MEP/FP systems.
• Proven practical background in BIM software and legacy CAD applications.
• Familiarity with design visualization tools such as Autodesk 360, 3D Studio Max and Navisworks.
