Billing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Billing Officer to join our Finance team. In this role you will ensure billing accuracy, support commercial operations and help keep our financial processes running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and process invoices in line with contract terms and billing principles.
• Maintain accurate billing records and resolve any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with finance, sales and operations teams to address billing queries.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis on billing performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial or billing environment.
• Strong understanding of invoice structures, contract terms and billing principles.
• High level of accuracy with excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset and adaptability to new systems.
