Bid Coordinator - Water Infrastructure

About the role

ACCIONA Agua delivers water infrastructure across Australia, from design and construction through to operation and maintenance. As Bid Coordinator, you will coordinate tenders, expressions of interest and prequalification submissions for ACCIONA Agua's water work, reporting to the Senior Bid Manager. You will build and track bid schedules, bring together technical, commercial and administrative inputs from engineering, operations and commercial teams, and check each submission for accuracy and compliance before it goes to the client.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate tenders, expressions of interest and prequalification submissions to client requirements
• Prepare and review tender documents for accuracy and compliance
• Build and track bid schedules, milestones and deliverables to meet deadlines
• Compile, check and lodge final submissions through client portals
• Run bid meetings, record minutes and follow up outstanding actions
• Support post-tender clarifications and capture lessons for future bids

Required profile

• Full working rights in Australia
• Experience in bid coordination, tender or project administration
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail

Required skills

• Managing complex tender documents and version control
• Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Tender portal software
